We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a different size. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure we can find them a new home.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a refund, an exchange for a new size, or store credit, then print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Yaks
Place your items back in their original reusable mailer or any secure packaging, ensuring the QR code or shipping label is clearly visible.
Drop It Off
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
